Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, has found a new way to put his money to work in the election by offering $100 to registered Pennsylvania voters for signing a free speech and Second Amendment petition.
The owner of X and Tesla has decamped to the battleground to run a vast get-out-the-vote operation in support of Donald Trump.
And whoever wins Pennsylvania’s 19 electoral college votes on November 5 will be in prime position to take the White House.
On Thursday night, Musk appealed directly to Pennsylvania voters.
‘If you’re a registered Pennsylvania voter, you and whoever referred you will now get $100 for signing our petition in support of free speech and right to bear arms,’ he posted on his own social media platform.

‘Earn money for supporting something you already believe in! Offer valid until midnight on Monday.’
Musk, who is worth more than $200 billion, has thrown himself into the race in recent weeks.
He appeared alongside Trump at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, this month and has set up a political action committee to funnel his money into the fight.
This is the second time he has offered supporters money. His America PAC previously offered $47 (Trump would be the 47th president if he wins in November, as well as the 45th) for each swing state voter to sign the petition.
Filings released this week show he gave $75 million to the group for the final stretch.
And on Thursday night he kicked off a campaign swing in the state, speaking at a town hall for people who had signed up with his PAC.
‘I can’t emphasize enough that Pennsylvania is, I think, the linchpin in this election,’ he told a crowd in Folsom, before setting out why he had decided to wade into politics in 2024
‘This election, I think, is going to decide the fate of America, and along with the fate of America, the fate of Western civilization.’

The race in the state could not be more important or tighter.
A DailyMail.com/J.L. Partners poll last week found that Trump was running neck-and-neck with Harris. They would each get 47 percent of the vote if the election were tomorrow.
Trump is all in on winning the state.
He will hold a rally at an airfield outside Pittsburgh on Saturday, before a string of events a day later.
Republicans have made inroads into Democrats’ longstanding advantage in voter registrations.
‘The next, basically, three days are essential,’ Musk told his audience as he detailed the fine margins at work.
‘I think we see that this election will be decided in Pennsylvania by, it could be 10,000 votes, it could be 1,000 votes, it could be 10 votes.
‘It could be some very tiny number, so every incremental person is a huge difference.’
