Sarah McDougal has broken down in tears following life-changing surgery.
The 23-year-old took to Instagram on Thursday to share a video of herself after she had undergone breast reduction surgery.
The procedure took five hours and as Sarah woke up from the marathon surgery, her boyfriend filmed her reactions.
The Big Brother Australia fan favourite looked down at her chest and her mouth hung open in shock.
She then began to cry as she felt her new, much smaller breasts and through sobs, she said, ‘I’m so grateful.’
Later, the reality star looked down her surgical gown again and commented at how pleased she was with her new body.
‘Oh my God, they’re so cute,’ she said, to which her boyfriend asked, ‘How would you describe them?’
Sarah replied: ‘Perfect.’

She then asked if the ‘camera wants to see’ and her beau then turned the camera on himself.
‘Camera does not want to see. I want to see though. This is where I turn you off,’ he said, before the video ended.
Sarah captioned her video with a heartwarming message to her followers.

‘I don’t think many people can understand how life changing this surgery is to me,’ she began.
‘I simply have no other words except for how grateful I am for this life of mine.
‘To each and every one of you guys reading this right now, take life by the FKN BALLS MAN. Do you, for you,’ she said on the post.
Breast reduction surgery, also known as reduction mammoplasty, removes excess breast fat, glandular tissue and skin.
The procedure often aims to achieve a breast size in proportion with a woman’s body or to relieve the discomfort associated with overly large breasts.
According to the Victorian Department of Health, ‘overly large breasts can cause some women both health and emotional problems.
‘The weight of excess breast tissue can restrict a woman’s ability to lead an active life. Some women also feel very self-conscious about having large breasts.’
