Loretta Lynn’s grandson, Ethan Lyell, has officially put his lakeside manor in Dallas, Texas on the market once again for $6.95 million.
According to Mansion Global, he had initially listed the English-style abode back in April for $7.75 million.
Lyell is one of Loretta Lynn’s 26 grandchildren and in October 2022, the country music legend – who is known for hits such as Coal Miner’s Daughter – passed away at the age of 90 in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.
The six-bedroom estate which sits on a 2-acre lot has been listed by both Damon and Megan Williamson of The Agency Dallas.
Ethan’s home – which he purchased back in 2020 – is situated in a gated community called The Landing next to Lake Grapevine.

After purchasing the home – which was built in 1998 – Ethan spent $5.5 million in renovations before initially putting the abode on the market earlier this year.
Aside from six bedrooms, the manor also has seven bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, a spacious swimming pool in the backyard, relaxing outdoor lounge areas and various gardens.
For a unique addition to the estate, Lyell also built a ‘puppy condo’ for his five dogs – which includes individual apartments.
Tenants also have access to a game room, two connected kitchens and also a gym that offers scenic views of the yard and trees.
According to the listing, the lot is ‘adorned with over 5,000 trees, shrubs, and perennials, crafted to evoke the charm of a classic English manor.’
Also inside the manor are six fireplaces, wooden flooring, a library as well as rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to stream inside.
Near the front entrance is a spiral staircase bordered by a railing while an ornate chandelier can be seen hanging nearby.
The kitchen area contains two islands as well as blue-colored cupboards and two modern light fixtures hanging from the ceiling.

Some of Loretta Lynn’s personal items can be seen throughout the manor, including original albums and guitars.
An expansive, green lawn and various trees surround the exterior while a large driveway leads up to the front of the manor and a garage that can fit up to four vehicles.
And along with a pool and jacuzzi, there are also ‘multiple entertainment spaces’ and a ‘farm-to-table garden.’
The manor also offers, ‘direct views of the serene Grapevine Lake, making it an idyllic retreat for those seeking privacy, luxury, and a connection with nature just outside Dallas,’ per the listing.
‘We probably looked at 40 homes around Dallas, and this was the very first one that we looked at,’ Ethan Lyell said of the sprawling estate, per Mansion Global.
‘We loved the layout; it has all these unique areas where you can create all those cozy rooms to read a book, have a cup of coffee.’
In regards to the outdoor space and gardens, listing agent Damon Williamson stated, ‘They basically took a tennis court and turned it into a planter box farm with its own sprinkler system with it. It’s all irrigated with a fire pit in the middle.’
Ethan also gave insight into the ‘puppy condo’ and explained, ‘We wanted to build something where the pups had their own space.’
