The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star had a flat tummy and small waistline as she wore an ivory string bikini while on a tropical vacation.
The 46-year-old beauty was seen walking on the lush grounds of her resort.
And her fans think she might be doing something like taking Ozempic to shed those stubborn mid-life pounds.
‘Ozempic damn,’ wrote one follower on a post about her dancing at a Post Malone concert. Another said: ‘Suddenly so thin, it’s impressive.’
While the Florida native has never admitted to using weight loss drugs she has in the past promoted the weight loss pill called Lean Body System.
Meanwhile, the star has confirmed this spring that she is dating again just days after breaking down in tears over finally being ‘free of’ her ex-husband Kroy Biermann.

The star told TMZ that she’s seeing someone new and is ‘really happy.’
While she didn’t reveal the identity of her suitor, Zolciak — who was previously linked to Tom Hanks’ son Chet — dished that he’s ‘age-appropriate’ and ‘definitely not’ a Hollywood type.
However, she stopped short of calling him her boyfriend as she said: ‘I wouldn’t say I’ve got a new man.’
‘I’m just happy. I have my kids. I’m in my new house. I’m working,’ Zolciak gushed.
Zolciak and ex Biermann finally sold their Georgia mansion last month for $2.75 million — days before he would file for divorce for a third time.
Amid her and Biermann’s ugly split, Zolciak fueled romance rumors with Chet.
She and the 34-year-old rapper sparked romance rumors back in July after flirting outrageously with one another while starring on the MTV reality show The Surreal Life.
Their flirting caught the attention of their housemates and was caught on camera throughout the series before culminating in a suggestive exchange in one episode during a group dinner on a houseboat in Colombia.

‘I wanna bond with you more, Kim,’ Chet said as Kim smiled at him during the episode. He added: ‘I’ve been wanting to come holler at you and kick it with you ’cause like you’re cool as f***.’
‘Oh, I’m coming to you tonight. That’s what I decided earlier. So you must’ve felt that,’ Kim told Chet.
Hanks told Page Six at the time that ‘meeting Kim Zolciak’ was ‘one of the best moments of my life.’

Since their November concert meet-up, Zolciak and Hanks haven’t been spotted together publicly nor have they posted about one another.
Zolciak’s dating news comes just days after she made rare remarks about her divorce from Biermann.
