Bethenny Frankel is trading her New York City digs for a new life in Florida.
On Thursday the 54-year-old former Real Housewives of New York City star took to social media to announce the life update.
‘I am moving to Florida for personal and professional reasons,’ she declared in a video while clad in a plush baby pink robe. She joins a slew of other celebrities who have ditched liberal states in favor of the Sunshine State, including Sylvester Stallone and David Beckham.
Bethenny shares daughter Bryn, who turns 15 on May 8, with ex-husband Jason Hoppy.
She added cryptically, ‘Something has arisen that made this the best and healthiest for myself and my daughter.’

Also in her recording, Bethenny assured viewers that despite the move, ‘We will maintain residences in The Hamptons and New York City because we love New York, but this will be our primary and permanent residence.’
The former reality television personality wrote in Instagram and TikTok captions: ‘Excited to share this with you… It’s been a concept for a while but personal & private circumstances have made this the healthiest life choice.’
She added the hashtags, ‘#florida #sunshinestate #xoxo #moving #lifechange.’
And the entrepreneur added a video of the ocean via Instagram Stories, writing, ‘Ok I’ll do it.’
The Skinnygirl Margarita told fans she’ll share more information soon before turning the camera to the beach and gushing, ‘This will be my backyard.’
In another recent post, the brunette beauty teased the upcoming move as she posted a snapshot of U-Haul boxes.
She wrote at the time, ‘Life is good albeit with some unexpected stressful surprises … Moments with good friends, food, laughs, and as always a little chaos.’

Frankel was married to her ex Jason, 54, from 2010 until they filed for divorce in 2013, kicking off a years-long contentious divorce.
She advised Kim not to text Kanye as he’s ‘not a rational person,’ stating in a video shared online: ‘She should not be speaking to him at all, she should be speaking to him by proxy — somebody else should be the one interacting with him because again, he’s not rational, he’s sharing her texts and that’s a violation.’
Bethenny then added that she shouldn’t be focused on trademarking North’s name, but rather the ‘decision-making’ instead.
She noted that Kim having decision-making rights is ‘so important in a divorce because people always focus on the custody time.’
‘What’s most critical is decision-making because God forbid something happens with the kids that is medical or is for education or something important.
‘You need a sane, rational, non-punitive party to be making those decisions and if Kim has decision-making, then it’s irrelevant whether or not she has the trademark for her daughter because in a best interest of a child matter, a judge doesn’t care about trademarks as much,’ she explained.
