Gavin Newsom is filing the first lawsuit against Trump over his tariffs as the golden state is set to lose billions.

President Donald Trump lashed out at Joe Biden after the former president took aim at him in his first major speech since leaving the White House.

‘Who in the hell do they think they are?’ Biden said of Trump’s administration, blasting them for creating ‘needless pain and sleepless nights.’

Trump hit back, calling Biden ‘the worst president in the history of the United States.’

He claimed, in a post on his Truth Social account, that Biden allowed criminals out of jail, adding ‘it’s my job to get these killers and thugs out of here. THAT’S WHAT I GOT ELECTED TO DO. MAGA!’

The Trump administration has referred New York Attorney General Letitia James for prosecution over allegations of mortgage fraud.

She targeted several other alleged infractions by the first Trump administration and the president himself and now it appears Trump’s administration is giving her a taste of her own medicine.

Vice President JD Vance said it was ‘absurd’ for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to claim that the US government has sided with Russia in its war against Ukraine.

‘I think it’s sort of absurd for Zelensky to tell the [American] government, which is currently keeping his entire government and war effort together, that we are somehow on the side of the Russians,’ Vance told British news outlet UnHerd in a interview published Tuesday.
