Heidi Klum‘s daughter, Lou, proved she inherited her mom’s supermodel genes on a rare public outing in New York City over the weekend.
Despite being just 15, the statuesque teen, whose dad is British singer Seal, towered over her five-foot-nine mother after a shopping trip to Sephora together.
For the outing, Klum, 51, looked effortlessly chic in a double denim outfit, which she layered with a long grey jacket and black scarf.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel completed her casual ensemble with a black baseball cap over her long blonde hair, sunglasses and a pair of flat black boots.
Lou opted to wear a light grey sweatshirt, jeans and a thick, wool plaid scarf, wrapped over her head.
Although she and her siblings Leni, 20, Henry, 19, Johan, 18, have been mostly raised out of the spotlight, Klum and her ex-husband’s kids have increasingly entered the public eye over the past few years.

This includes joining their dad at premieres and features on their mom’s social media.
Lou has appeared on her mother’s Instagram in a number of sweet snaps, taken on various trips and events, like Coachella.
Last week, Klum revealed that Lou does debate tournaments on the weekend, loves arts and crafts, and is a part of the choir at her school.
‘I think is going to be the president, so watch out,’ the mother-of-four told Access Hollywood. ‘She has interest in everything.’
Still, Klum teased that Lou is interested in following her footsteps down the runway.
She’s like, “Okay, when can I do this modeling stuff?” and I’m like, “You just turned 15. Let’s wait a hot minute, you know?”‘
Her older sister, Leni, who has more than 1.8 million Instagram followers, marked her modeling debut by graving the cover of Vogue Germany, alongside her mom.
Meanwhile, Klum’s son, Henry Samuel, his runway debut at Paris Fashion Week back in January, at age 19.

Her big brother, Johan, who is in college, has expressed interest in modeling.
Lou was born on October 9, 2009 in Los Angeles, California.
At the time, Seal wrote in a statement, ‘It’s difficult to imagine loving another child as much as you love your existing children. Anyone who has a family will tell you this. Where will one find that extra love? If you love your existing children with all of your heart, how then can one possibly find more heart with which to love another?’
‘The answer to this question came in the form of our fourth child and second daughter. Lou Sulola Samuel was born, and from the moment she looked into both of our eyes, it was endless love at first sight,’ he continued.

Klum recently teased that Lou is interested in following her footsteps down the runway, like her older siblings Leni and Henry
Klum previously gushed back in 2021 that Lou is her only child that shares her love for Halloween.
‘I was hoping that I would pass this on even to my kids, but out of four, there’s only one that really is going for it and that’s Lou,’ she told People.
Lou also inspired Klum to promote body positivity on her new platform, Modelverse, last year.
After years of watching her daughter play Roblox, Klum recalls asking Lou what was missing in the game and the two figured out that only one certain kind of body type was available as an avatar to use.
This led Klum to want to change that on her platform Modelverse, a virtual experience for Roblox, where players can walk the catwalk in major fashion shows as their avatar.

‘For most younger kids, I don’t think the diversity idea, or the importance of it, has even sunken into [their heads].
‘They don’t even realize,’ Klum said.
‘The world is not looking like this, and most of us are not looking like this.’
And the avatar shapes are important to her.
‘I wanted people to either come with their own avatar or create a new avatar [and have it be] however they want, and not just that one typical kind of body shape, which I think is so out of date,’ she explained in an interview with People.
‘We’re in 2024. I think diversity is bigger than ever these days, so why is this not reflected in any of the games,’ Klum added.
‘I feel like there needs to be a variety in avatars, so I wanted to make a world where there’s diversity in body shapes.’
