US pop superstar Lady Gaga has teased that an Australian tour could very well be on the cards.
The Poker Face hitmaker, 38, was last in the country back in 2014 as part of her ArtRave: Artpop Ball Tour.
Appearing on Fifi, Fev and Nick to promote her new album Mayhem on Friday, Gaga said she was excited to get back Down Under.
The admission came after co-host Brendan Fevola was reminiscing with Gaga about her 2014 Australian shows, with the former AFL star revealing hers was one of the first shows he’s ever attended.
‘Back in 2014, I think you were the second concert I ever went to in Melbourne,’ Fevola said.
‘The costume changes. The energy. I’m like: “wow, what have I been missing out on?”

‘I’ve been to a lot of concerts since and they’re not the same. Now 2014, that’s 11 years ago. Are you coming back to Australia to perform in concert?’
Gaga then sent listeners into a frenzy with her cheeky reply.
‘I can’t formally announce anything, but I can tell you that I’m going to be announcing some things.’
Her response drew a round of cheers from co-costs Fifi Box and Nick Cody, while Fevola joyously shouted: ‘She’s coming back!.’
As the interview progressed, the topic again turned to Australia and Gaga admitted that she loved her last visit in 2014.
‘I miss my fans there so much, I really do,’ she shared.
‘I have such fond memories of being in Australia, it’s a beautiful place and I really do want to come back soon.’
Elsewhere Gaga also teased a return to the big screen following her turn in the lacklustre Joker: Folie à Deux.

She also revealed she was collaborating with her venture capitalist fiancé Michael Polansky on a project.
‘I’m excited to continue exploring music more and exploring films more. I really am excited to make some movies,’ she said.
‘I’ve been working on some stuff with Michael, and I’m really excited about that.
Gaga has been dating Michael since 2019, and they were engaged in April of last year.
This week she said Michael’s unusual proposal inspired one of the songs on her new album.
‘Michael asked me how I would want him to propose to me one day,’ she told Zane Lowe on Apple Music .
We were in our backyard and I said: “Just take a blade of grass and wrap it around my finger” and then I wrote Blade Of Grass.’
While penning the song, the Bad Romance hitmaker ‘remembered the way his face looked, and I remembered the grass in the backyard.’

Gaga added: ‘And I remembered thinking: “He should use that really long grass that’s in the center of the backyard.”’
Michael ultimately proposed last year on April Fool’s Day with a blade of grass as Gaga requested – though because of the date she initially assumed he was joking.
In addition to the grass ring, Michael also presented his bride-to-be with a massive eight-carat oval-cut diamond sparkler she has flaunted in the months since.
Their engagement went public that July when Gaga introduced Michael as ‘my fiancé’ to France’s prime minister at the time, Gabriel Attal.
She was in Paris to perform at the Olympics, where she recreated cabaret legend Zizi Jeanmaire’s racy number Mon truc en plumes (My Thing In Feathers).
