Mangione allegedly recorded over 20 highly stylized sex tapes before his arrest for the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York City on December 4.
Since his arrest, the 26-year-old Ivy League graduate has developed a devoted fanbase while behind bars, with reports suggesting women are drawn to him despite the severity of his charges.
An insider previously made the shocking sex tape accusations to RadarOnline claiming that the accused killer ‘wanted to be watched.’
‘It wasn’t just some grainy, late-night mistake. It was perfect lighting, everything,’ the insider claimed.
‘He wanted to be watched. He got off on it. There are at least 20 videos of him having sex.’
According to the insider, many women involved in these videos are now reluctant to come forward, fearing they could be drawn into his legal case.
Mangione became the subject of a massive manhunt after UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was shot and killed in Manhattan in the early hours of December 4.
In the weeks following his arrest, details about Mangione’s personal life, including his sex life and health struggles, surfaced.

He had previously posted on X about having a ‘pretty huge d**’* in response to a thread asking if anyone had a PhD.
Additionally, reports indicate he suffered from a severe back injury that allegedly prevented him from having sex.
RJ Martin, a former roommate who lived with Mangione for six months in a Hawaii co-living space, told The New York Times about Mangione’s struggles.
‘He knew that dating and being physically intimate with his back condition wasn’t possible. I remember him telling me that, and my heart just breaks,’ Martin said.
Mangione reportedly had spondylolisthesis, a condition exacerbated by a surfing accident.
‘His spine was misaligned. He said his lower vertebrae were almost half an inch off, pinching a nerve,’ Martin added.
However, the RadarOnline source claimed Mangione frequently filmed himself during sex and shared nude photos with women.
‘People thought he was this misunderstood genius, but in reality, he was filming everything as if he were the star of his own private porno empire,’ the insider alleged.

‘He wasn’t just reckless — he was putting on a show. And now, the show is over.’
At the time of his arrest, Mangione had been on the run for five days. Authorities confirmed he was carrying a handwritten manifesto in which he railed against UnitedHealthcare.
In the 262-word document, he criticized corporations for ‘abusing our country for immense profit’ while failing to improve the life expectancy of Americans.
Mangione, who comes from a wealthy family, is the grandson of a self-made multimillionaire who owned a luxury resort, nursing homes, and a radio station.
He attended the prestigious Gilman School in Baltimore — where tuition costs $40,000 per year — and graduated as valedictorian in 2016.
