Roxy Jacenko has revealed that she will need immediate surgery in a new health scare for the PR Queen.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Roxy, 44, revealed that she undergoing surgery in a fortnight after discovering that one of her breast implants had ruptured.
The health scare comes nine years after the mum-of-two beat breast cancer.
She said that while the rupture occurred in one implant only, she will be having both removed and replaced.
‘I’ll be having the implants removed in two weeks, and replaced at the same time, ‘ Roxy revealed.
‘The rupture is the right side only, but both will be removed.’

Roxy added that doctors recommend that she should be out of action for around four days as she recovers from the surgery, however she is certain her down time time will be quicker.
‘Not much stops me or slows me down so I don’t see myself needing anything other than 2 days to be back in action. The only thing I won’t be doing is lifting anything for 6 weeks,’ she said.
‘This time around I’ll need drains but that’s no issue, as long as I can answer my work emails, it will be business as usual.’
She said that while initially shocked at the news, it was something not entirely unexpected
‘I was somewhat shocked when I received the update but I guess its par for the course when you put something in which really isn’t meant to be there,’ she said.
‘During radiation when I was being treated for Breast Cancer I had capsular contractor on the same side so revision surgery is not something I haven’t had to do before.’
She revealed to Daily Mail Australia that the rupture was discovered after an MRI as part of her annual cancer check-up that was two years overdue.
‘It wasn’t something that the doctor was looking for but was discovered when assessing the results,’ she said.

When asked if she saw any warning signs, Roxy said, in hindsight there may’ve been a clue.
‘Coincidently I had actually thought that the right side looked a little lopsided in comparison to the left, but having had a partial mastectomy 8 years ago, I put it down to that,’ she said.
‘Basically it would be unlikely that anything would be perfectly symmetrical and I needed to not be so vain!!’
Roxy admitted to feeling ‘annoyed’ more than anything else upon hearing the news.
‘I was a little annoyed, suppose just down to the fact I was like, FFS another thing, she said.
‘But now I’m very pragmatic about it, I am in good health, there are no signs of cancer coming back so if a ruptured boob is the worst it gets, I am good with that.’
Despite the current health scare, Roxy said that she has not considered removing her implants.
‘Not at all, I have had them since I was 24,’ she said.

‘if anything, what it reminds me is not to be so ignorant about doing annual check-ups regarding my previous cancer diagnosis
Whilst I like to avoid it and blank what was the worst 12 months of my life 8 years ago, if I wasn’t pushed into getting the MRI I wouldn’t have even known about the rupture.’
She even had advice for women who were considering implants for themselves.
‘If you aren’t happy with what God gave you, change it,’ she aid.
‘I am all about doing what is right for you and not worrying about what other people think. I am not the first with a rupture and wont be the last.’
Roxy was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016 at the age of 36 and endured a six-week radiation program before receiving partial removal surgery.
She later shared images of that harrowing time in her life, which saw her young daughter Pixie holding her hand while Roxy recovered in bed.
A number of the confronting photos, which she posted to Instagram in October last year for breast cancer awareness, showed incision marks on Roxy’s bare breasts.

‘Seems surreal and it’s a year I don’t really remember at all – it’s strange but it’s like a chapter I closed and don’t want to remember,’ she wrote in the caption.
Roxy went on to encourage her followers to be ‘vigilant’ and ‘dig deep’ in order to continue the much needed research.
Following her cancer treatment in 2016, Roxy told The Daily Telegraph she had to take preventative cancer pills because her chances of relapsing were high.
She reveal she ‘did a test in the US’ with an oncologist and discovered there was a ‘to 10 15 per cent chance’ of the cancer returning in her body.
It’s the second health scare Roxy has suffered this month, with the PR guru recently admitting she had two bumps removed from her face over fears they could be cancerous.
‘There is this bump here (for) which I went to the dermatologist and she said she will need to cut it out,’ she said on video, pointing to the incision beside her nose.
‘Anyway, I left four stitches later and with quite a red scar.’
She told Daily Mail Australia that one looked suspicious and was removed to be sent for a biopsy.
Fortunately, it was found to be non-cancerous.
Roxy further explained in her video how she has been using an LED mask to fade the mark and make the resultant scar near invisible.
‘It encourages the collagen to help repair [your skin]. If you’re looking for something to help scars quicker or reduce fine lines, it’s definitely one to try,’ Roxy continued.
Roxy also recently admitted that overdosing on Ozempic was worse than her cancer battle.
