Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann have sliced another $300,000 off their asking price for their Milton, Georgia mansion in a desperate bid to move it ahead of a scheduled auction.
After initially listing it on the market in October of 2023 for $6 million, they cut the cost to $4.5 million this past January, and down to $3.95 million in August.
They are now seeking $3.65 million, TMZ reported on Monday, citing real estate records.
The seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home, which is set over 15,000 sq. feet, was headed for foreclosure earlier this year after Zolciak and Biermann defaulted on due payments.
While the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 46, and retired NFL player, 39, have been able to stall lenders from foreclosing on the home, an auction on the mansion is set for December 3.
The former couple initially purchased the mansion in 2012 for $880,000.

In the midst of soaring interest rates and a sluggish real estate market, the former couple have sought sought to expedite the sale of the home.
They have resided under the same roof while broken up, as last year, a judge ordered Zolciak to live in the basement of the Georgia home amid the ugly divorce battle.
In an attempt to keep peace while the pair still share a home, the judge ruled Zolciak to stay in the basement/nanny quarters, while the former NFL star will be upstairs in the primary bedroom.
‘Neither party shall enter the other party’s individually awarded space in the marital residence without permission,’ court documents in October 2023 read, TMZ reported.
The estranged couple was allowed to freely roam the common areas such as the kitchen and living room.
The judge also ordered the pair to act civilly towards one another in an effort to protect the couple’s 4 young kids – Kroy ‘KJ’, 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, 10.
‘Neither parent shall disparage the other parent in the presence of or earshot of the minor children,’ the documents read.
Another stipulation stated that neither parent is allowed to listen in on the other parent’s time with the children, and the children cannot be utilized as messengers between the parents.

Kroy had also legally adopted Kim’s two daughters from a previous relationship: Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23.
The judge’s order last year came days after the estranged couple officially put their home on the market ahead of a slated foreclosure.
The home – which has been featured on the Bravo spinoff series, Don’t Be Tardy – boasts 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms as well as amenities that include a swimming pool, wine cellar, arcade and a movie theater.
In February 2023, their house was reportedly in foreclosure and slated to be auctioned off in March. However, Zolciak denied the claims and an insider told People at the time that the pair took ‘action’ to resolve any issues.
In the legal documents Biermann filed in September 2023, the former Atlanta Falcons player requested the court allow him to move forward in putting the family’s Milton, Georgia mansion on the market, stating it was on the brink of foreclosure.
The NFL alum claimed Zolciak had severe money management issues after she called police May 4 at their mansion, prior to his first divorce filing.
The accusations about Zolciak’s spending and gambling losses were seen in a Milton Police Department bodycam video in November of 2023 after officers responded to the home after Zolciak reported a domestic dispute.

During the incident, Zolciak told police that Biermann had locked in a safe a cache of valuable items she owned that were worth $175,000 – including designer purses and jewelry – and hid the key from her.
Biermann said he believed the lot of items fell under the classification of community property, adding of the items: ‘The problem is these are the assets, there are no [other] assets to go to.’
He also told officers they had continued to sleep in the same bed but did not engage with one another.
In their first two months of being split – in which both asked the court for sole legal and physical custody of their four younger children – Zolciak and Biermann took issue with one another in court documents.
Zolciak said that Biermann smokes marijuana, calling into credibility his ability to raise their kids; while Biermann claimed that Kim’s gambling habit has consumed her time and decimated the family finances.
