The 36-year-old mother of four and her husband Matthew Koma, 37, enjoyed a grocery run with five-year-old Banks, three-year-old Mae, and their newest family member, baby Townes.
The former Disney star looked effortlessly chic in a black maxi dress, beaming as she carried her newborn in a front-facing carrier.
Banks and Mae were adorable in their pink and blue floral dresses, while Matthew completed the family look in a vintage T-shirt and black shorts.
Notably absent was her 12-year-old son, Luca, from her previous marriage to Mike Comrie.

Last month, the actress proudly showcased Koma’s music on social media, and after sharing a few studio shots, fans began speculating that she might be returning to music herself.
‘I see you snuck on some studio photos! This is not a drill,’ stated one fan.
‘Wait wait.. Are u recording new music??? Omg is the queen of pop music coming back? Because we need you to slaaaaay the music industry again,’ calculated a follower.
‘Not you in the studio coming to save pop music,’ said another.
Duff and Koma collaborated on a cover of Third Eye Blind’s Never Let You Go in 2020.
This marked her first single since 2016, when she recorded a cover of Fleetwood Mac’s Little Lies to promote the second season of Younger.
The Come Clean singer told Access Hollywood in December 2023, she wants to return to making music someday.
‘I never wanna blame my kids for this, but I’m so immersed in motherhood right now, she said.
