Jennifer Lawrence showed off her fierce maternity style at Thursday night’s premiere of the documentary film Bread & Roses in Los Angeles.
The Oscar-winner, 34, cradled her baby bump as she made her way down the red carpet in a black goth glam dress.
The edgy off-the-shoulder frock had a sexy lace-up bust, loose mesh sleeves and elegant draping.
Lawrence kept accessories to a minimum as she rocked a silver ear cuff, diamond studs and a gold statement ring on her wedding finger.
Her signature sandy blonde hair fell down her back in loose curls while her fringe was pinned down to create a sleek look.
Last month, the Hunger Games star confirmed that she’s expecting her second child with art dealer husband Cooke Maroney, 40.

For Thursday’s event, Lawrence sported a grungy makeup look featuring smokey brown eyeshadow, smudged black eyeliner and a nude lip.
Her cheeks had a youthful pink flush and her cheekbones were carved out with bronzing powder.
The pregnant star looked incredible as she posed up for photographers ahead of the LA screening.
Lawrence produced the Apple Original Films documentary with her producing partner Justine Ciarrocchi under her Excellent Cadaver banner, the production company she launched in 2018.
Helmed by Afghan director Sahra Mani, Bread & Roses captures the ‘experiences of Afghanistan’s women under the Taliban since they took control of Kabul,’ in August 2021, as per IMDb.
The film made its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2023.
Speaking to Deadline at the time, Lawrence revealed how the powerful documentary came to be.
‘I was watching the fall of Kabul on the news in 2021 and I told Justine, you know, we need to find somebody on the ground, that can get a camera in there,’ she recalled.

Lawrence confidently made her way down the red carpet
It was Ciarrocchi who suggested Mani helm the project after watching her 2018 doc A Thousand Girls Like Me, which tells the story of an Afghan woman seeking justice after experiencing years of sexual abuse at the hands of her own father.
Lawrence agreed that Mani was the ‘perfect’ choice.
‘Not only is she from Afghanistan, but her documentary was just so incredible and moving. And I think her point of view, not to mention her camera abilities are remarkable,’ she told the outlet.
Lawrence also dished to the outlet about why a documentary like Bread & Roses was the clear next step for Excellent Cadaver.
‘What we want to do is just keep making things that we respond to, that we care about. We’re right at the genesis of the company so it’s hard to say what it is, or what it will be,’ she explained.
‘We’ll just keep following what’s important to us and what we want to make. We didn’t know what was going to happen in 2021 when the Taliban took over.
‘This film was born out of necessity, emotional necessity,’ the No Hard Feelings star concluded.

Lawrence has kept busy in recent weeks despite being pregnant.
She has been spending plenty of time in LA and she attended one of the World Series games at Dodger Stadium.
Days before that, she made her red carpet debut since confirming her pregnancy at the premiere of the abortion documentary Zurawski v Texas, which she co-produced with Hillary Clinton.
On October 20, a rep for Lawrence confirmed to Vogue that she and husband Cooke are expecting their second child.
Lawrence and her husband have been married since 2019 and share two-year-old son Cy.
Last year a source told Us Weekly: ‘They’re thinking about having another child.’

‘At first they weren’t sure if they wanted another one because it’s so much work, but they’re obsessed with Cy and love showing off videos to their friends and family,’ the source said. ‘They’ve started warming up to the possibility of a second.’
In a 2022 interview with Vogue, Jennifer opened up about the joy of becoming a first-time mother, sharing that the birth of her son ‘felt like my whole life had started over.’
‘I just stared. I was just so in love. I also fell in love with all babies everywhere. Newborns are just so amazing,’ she explained.
Lawrence and Maroney tied the knot at the Belcourt of Newport mansion in Rhode Island in October 2019 after just over a year of dating.
They hosted 150 guests at the reception including Adele, Amy Schumer, Cameron Diaz, Benji and Joel Madden, Nicole Richie and Kris Jenner.
Recently the star recently admitted that she was too stressed worrying about her guests’ comfort and enjoyment during her big day.
‘It’s so stressful. You’re not having fun. You’re just like, “Is that person having fun?” she joked to E! News, humorously referring to being the bride ‘awful.’
‘I’ll never forget—I was freaking out about the guests being cold, and all of my friends were lying they’re like, “Nobody’s cold, nobody’s cold, everything’s fine, everything’s fine.’

The actress even ordered her friend and frequent co-star Robert De Niro to ‘go home’ during the rehearsal dinner because she was convinced he didn’t want to be there.
She said: ‘I looked over and I saw Bob, who doesn’t know anybody and he’s kind of wandering around, and I immediately was like, “No, this isn’t what he wants to be doing. I don’t want him here.”
‘So I went over and whispered, I was like, “Go home” and he was nice – he like talked to my parents and was polite – but I was like, “Go.”
‘[After he left] that just genuinely made me feel better.’
