The property is heading to auction on Saturday, November 23, and is expected to be particularly attractive to potential buyers.
As property prices have steadily risen in the area over the past few years, it is expected to sell for significantly more than Fanning paid for it.
It was previously claimed that it is expected to sell for at least $4million, hopefully nabbing Fanning a cool profit of at least $1million.
Fanning and his partner Breeana Randall also have several other properties in the area, which are believed to total around $10million in value.
They lived in the house with their two young children, Xander and Lyla.
RealEstate.com.au previously reported that the property was one of the most viewed homes in Australia when it last went up for sale in 2021.
Fanning has an impressive property empire and sold his Coolangatta duplex for $2.8million at another auction back in 2021.
There were nine registered bidders at the auction, with two parties entering a bidding war. The winning bidder is a local from the area and bought the property as an investment.
The larger apartments were expected to yield around $750 per week, and the granny flats around $450 each week.

Fanning purchased the beachside units for $3.1million in 2007 and repainted the block and renovated the interiors in a beachy, bohemian style.
He reportedly still owns two other properties in the same street, which he bought in 2005 and 2006 for $1.39million and $1.2million respectively.
Fanning who hails from Sydney’s Penrith, is one of Australia’s most celebrated surfers.
He survived a shark attack during a competition in South Africa in 2015, an incident which made global headlines.
